Facts About Mr. C

I have been teaching in the Rivendell elementary schools since 2000. In 1977, I graduated from Northeastern University with a BS in journalism. For the next 20 years, I worked as an editor, reporter, and manager for newspapers in Vermont. In 1999, I earned my certification to teach elementary school through the Vermont Teachers Institute (now known as the Vermont Educators Institute) in Lebanon, NH. I earned my master’s degree in education from the University of Vermont in 2007 as a participant in the Vermont Math Initiative (VMI) Program. I am an avid reader of newspapers (on-line and paper), magazines, and books, I live in Thetford with my wife Liba Hladik.
